1. General Terms

Welcome to the hbajer platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between hbajer ("we", "platform") and you ("user", "member"). By registering with hbajer or beginning to use the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. The English version of these Terms is legally effective. In the event of any conflict, the English text will be considered authoritative.

2. Account Registration

3. Age Verification

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• ৳42,000 deposit → bonus ৳20,000 → total balance ৳62,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x (15 times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement must be completed within a set period from the date the bonus is credited.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, hbajer offers special tournaments, cashback offers and other promotions. Each promotion will have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the promotions page. If there is any conflict between the general terms and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

5.4 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

hbajer reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the following cases:

• If evidence is found of bonus claims from multiple accounts.
• If a pattern of bonus abuse is identified.
• If registration information is found to be false or misleading.

6. Betting Rules

hbajer offers sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) and casino games (slots, live dealer, roulette, etc.). The following rules must be followed when placing bets:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a special facility is provided by the platform.
• If a bet is not recorded due to a technical error, that bet will not be considered valid.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a technical error occurs in the display of odds, hbajer reserves the right to settle the bet at the corrected odds.

6.1 Live Betting

Odds change quickly in live betting. Please verify that the displayed odds are correct before confirming a bet. If odds change due to network delay, the updated odds will apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbajer platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Following coordinated betting strategies for the purpose of bonus abuse ("bonus hunting").
• Exploiting errors in the platform's software or games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Threatening, harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
• Using automated software (bots) or unauthorised third-party tools.
• Filing chargeback claims against the platform or misleading payment institutions.

Any member involved in any of the above activities will have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and deposited funds and winnings may be confiscated.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 hbajer's Rights

hbajer reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of rule violations, without prior notice. An account may be suspended while an investigation is ongoing.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. An administrative fee may be applied to the balance of an inactive account, and prior notice will be sent by email.
